Criteria for Admission
1. Gender: Typically, services are designed specifically for women.
2. Age: Participants may need to be of a certain age, often 18 years or older.
3. Substance Abuse Issues: Individuals may need to demonstrate a history of substance abuse or addiction.
4. Domestic Violence Experience: Women who have experienced domestic violence may be prioritized for certain services.
5. Legal Involvement: Some programs may require participants to be involved in the justice system or have legal issues that need addressing.
6. Child Welfare Concerns: Eligibility may include women who have lost custody of their children and are seeking reunification through the Department of Child Services (DCS).
7. Willingness to Participate: Participants may need to show a commitment to engaging in the program and working towards recovery and personal development.
8. Assessment: Many programs require an initial assessment or intake process to determine individual needs and suitability for the services offered.
9. Residency: Some programs may prioritize individuals from specific geographic areas, such as Mapleton and Fall Creek.
